Would you show me how you did that? Turn the paper into something else I used to know how Once it’s a flower, once it’s a bird Hard to pinpoint each fold and crease Hard to picture how it transformed Would you should me how you did that? Turn the paper into something else I used to know how, I used to be so different After you left my room To go back to your mom’s house I got up to pee Looked in the mirror, and saw every crease

Morning Moon 02:28
Morning moon I will see you soon With coffee in my cup and oatmeal in my spoon Though I am so tired I couldn’t sleep No use counting sheep And so I wait for you Morning moon I will see you soon My heart twice heavy As it was last before you A beautiful man His dirty midnight hair Can’t believe he’s now nowhere The world feels out of tune

about

I’m so excited to finally be able to share some new music with you all. These songs will be part of a new album that I hope to release by the end of the year.

These recordings, like all breth recordings, are the result of my friends lending their talents to help me make something better than I could have on my own. ‘How You Did That’ was mostly tracked at Celleste Caraway Lynn Murtagh’s home studio and features her on drums, Logan Greene on Bass, Ray Barboa on twangy guitar, Jim Colby on keys, and Frankie Beesley on vocal harmonies. It was mixed and mastered by Jalipaz at audioconfusion. ‘Morning Moon’ was recorded in one evening by Ryan Peter Savage at Tallboys Studio, I played everything and Ryan did sound-collage sequencing, mixing and mastering. That song is for Brandon. And the beautiful cover photo was shot by Rosie Clements :)

Anyway hope you dig the tunes, if you do please share em! Much love, -Triz
